Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed hats within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return: Email us at zachmckee@trukas.com with your order number.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different colorway. Email us to set this up.

Defective or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement.
